  • Graduated from the University of North Texas in 1977 with a B.S. in Education and a bilingual bicultural certification
  • Taught language arts, Spanish and art for 3 years at the Athena Program in Corpus Christi, the nation's first total school program for academically gifted children
  • Taught art glass at a studio in Corpus Christi
  • Opened two restaurants in Austin and Houston
Professional Life in Tarpon Springs
  • Moved to Tarpon Springs in 1982
  • Began working in the design and production of architectural art glass nationally and internationally
  • Incorporated as Saenger Milo in 1989.  Saenger Milo is an architectural art glass and metal studio providing commercial, residential and public art.
